Our services are primarily offered within the greater Boise, ID area, extending to specific surrounding regions. Availability for projects outside this immediate radius is subject to prior agreement and may incur additional travel charges. All services adhere to Idaho state regulations and local ordinances, maintaining the highest professional standards and operating with all necessary licenses and certifications.

Acceptance and Modification

Your acceptance of these terms is implied upon the commencement of any service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.

Service Delivery and Performance Standards

Project timelines and milestone deliveries are clearly outlined in your personalized service agreement. We strive to adhere to these schedules diligently, providing regular communication on progress. Any plant material installed is sourced from reputable nurseries and handled with expert care.

Idaho's unique climate means weather delays or seasonal considerations are sometimes unavoidable in outdoor projects. We maintain open communication regarding any impacts these might have on your project schedule. Our team will provide consistent progress updates via your preferred method—phone, email, or scheduled on-site meetings—ensuring you are always informed.

Pricing, Payment, and Financial Terms

Our pricing is based on detailed project assessments, and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A detailed payment schedule will be provided in your service agreement, typically involving an initial deposit, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply for credit card payments).

Any additional work requested beyond the initial scope will require a formal change order, outlining the revised scope, cost implications, and updated timeline, which must be approved by both parties. Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and project stage; specific refund procedures will be detailed within your individual service agreement or proposal.

Payment Due Dates

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

Warranties, Liability, and Dispute Resolution

AridBloom Gardens proudly offers warranties on plant materials and hardscape installations. Plant warranties generally cover the initial establishment period and are subject to proper client care as per our guidance. Hardscape warranties cover craftsmanship and material defects. Full details, including coverage duration and exclusions, will be provided in your specific service agreement.

While we carry comprehensive liability insurance, our liability for damages or issues arising from our services is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of vandalism, or existing site conditions not disclosed or discoverable upon initial assessment (force majeure). Client satisfaction is paramount. Should a dispute arise, we commit to engaging in good faith negotiations, potentially including mediation, to reach an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal avenues.
